Holiday Season has passed and now that we are in the midst of January it is a good time to check on any resolutions you might have considered with the onset of a new year.
What is a resolution? It is when you come to a definite or earnest decision to do something and are determined to follow-through on it. Often times it may have to do with personal wellness or getting around to things you’ve put off for too long.
