This year, we at Fine Lines Homes have so many great new house plans. One of the plans that really excites me is the Belmont. We took our very popular model home in Hazleton, the Manhattan, downsized it by having the Primary Suite on the first floor by eliminating the flex room and office. Having a primary bedroom on the 1st floor is quite a trend these days with all of us “baby boomers”. I love having the primary suite on the first floor simply for convenience.
