Like many families, we have multi-generational families living in the same home. There is a trend towards older children moving back and families electing to provide care for elderly parents in their home.  Our daughter Brenda and her baby Bailey currently live with us. It is a joy to interact with our granddaughter on a daily basis.

The new Lynchburg ranch home plan would be ideal for us. It has three bedrooms, open kitchen, dining and living area and even a handy pocket office. But the great thing about the Lynchburg is the flexibility to convert one of the bedrooms to a kitchenette/living room creating an apartment suite. This affords separate  living areas within the home and offers more privacy which at times is much appreciated.
