On Friday April 26, 2024, members of our Fine Line Homes’ Harrisburg team enjoyed a night of socializing, great food, & recognition at the Home Builders Association of Metro Harrisburg’s Pyramid Awards.
We enjoyed seeing all of the great work our colleagues completed in the last year & were honored to be recognized in multiple categories.

FINE LINE HOMES’ 2023 PYRAMID AWARDS:
BEST SINGLE-FAMILY COMMUNITY ($500,000 – $749,999)
After quickly selling out three preceding phases, FIne Line Homes launched the newest phase of the popular Autumn Ridge community in Lower Paxton Township.
Autumn Ridge is a quiet rural community complete with walking paths with split rail fence runs.
With most home sites just under a half acre, twenty-four sites were released in 2024.

Championed by our social media expert, Sam Spurlock, Fine Line Homes creates fresh social posts weekly to deliver value to our audience of buyers and customers.
We post long-form educational content on topics like understanding construction financing; we showcase videos and photography of our homes and communities; we feature regular photo contests, pets, holiday celebrations, and many other examples of our communities having fun together.
We especially like to showcase the smiles of our customers, their friends/families, and the creative designs that bring their dream homes to life.
