On Friday April 27, 2023, members of our Fine Line Homes Harrisburg team enjoyed a night of socializing, great food, & recognition at the Home Builders Association of Metro Harrisburg’s Pyramid Awards.

Best Single Family Model/Spec Home Under 2000 SF
Coming from our Kirkwood plan, this spec home consists of all the superior material & structural standards Fine Line Homes offers in all builds, as well as popular aesthetic upgrades. The farmhouse-style exterior includes a spacious front porch, white vinyl siding with the textural appeal of board and batten accent siding, and industry-leading Simonton black vinyl windows. Stone accents and a garage door with decorative windows & carriage-style hardware complete the front exterior.

Our 72-page plan guide includes informative articles on the steps of building a home, the unique value of Fine Line’s approach, and photo examples and illustrations detailing all 54 of our available home plans. Each of our home plans is listed with the layout of the home and a visual example of the exterior through a combination of photography and architectural renderings. Our goal in creating this guide was to offer something that had a beautiful magazine feel with captivating visuals while also providing something that gave buyers a user-friendly approach to exploring our home plans.
Marketing Professional of the Year
Sam Spurlock, Fine Line’s Web Designer, handles many priorities for the company, including ongoing maintenance and development of Fine Line’s website, graphic design needs, project management tasks, and leading the team’s social media content generation. In her social media work, she has generated a multitude of content ideas, including customer photo contests, holiday themes, staff happenings, and customer stories. Through the end of 2022, Fine Line’s Facebook visits increased 144% over the prior year.
