We want to thank our customers, dedicated employees and friends of Fine Line Homes for making it possible that in 2012 we celebrate our 40th year as a builder of new homes in Central Pennsylvania, Northeast Pennsylvania and Southern New York.
We thought you would enjoy a brief history.
Fine Line Homes is a family-owned company that began in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in 1972. The company was founded by George Parmer, who remains at the helm as President and Owner. In 1985 he acquired two additional building companies, Shuler and Alder and Harris Homes from his sister. The company names, Shuler and Alder and Harris Homes, were changed in 1993 to Fine Line Homes.
The company remains dedicated to providing energy-efficient site-built homes with extraordinary quality and stunning designs affordably priced through volume purchasing of materials. Model Homes and Display Centers are located in Harrisburg, Lewisburg, Hazleton, Sayre and State College.
